This means we can confirm cover instantly*, and process your claim with your insurance company with no paperwork for you to fill in and no hassle and NO UPFRONT PAYMENT.**

Direct Billing means that subject to the cover in force, we can repair/replace your glass at no cost to you, subject to any excess on the policy and/or Vat payable for VAT registered customers.
